Technological process of production：

It can be made by 3 layers PVC film (Top film+middle printing film+base film) for the thickness 0.20mm-0.50mm which is more rigid film. If the thickness under 0.20mm, it will be made by 2 layers (Top film + Based printing film) which is more softer film. We do the printing designs on the printing film from the printing machines. Normally the printing designs need 2-5 printing roll per color. If more printing roll, means this wood grain color is more complicated and not easy to control the printing quality. It’s very important to pay more attention to the registry of printing designs when we make the printing. Registry will decide the clearance of the printing effect and finished products wood grain effect. Nowadays, Popular wood grain designs comes from the veneer or melamine paper which is matte surface and like a real wood like Oak, Walnut, Wenge, Red wood, Teak wood, Maple, Ashtree and so on. After finish printing, all these 2 layers or 3 layers film will come to lamination machine. These layers will be laminated together with high temperature (from 180℃-200℃) and then packed from the rewinding machines. We have two different matte wood grain film: One is normal surface; Another one is soft touch surface which we put the Soft touch coating on the top film and then lamination on the surface of wood grain film. This soft touch wood grain film have very good hand-feeling like baby face, having good effect of anti-scratch and anti-yellowing. Now the young generation prefer the simple and light wood grain designs which make the furniture and home looks more modern and comfortable.

Packing way:

We have two standard packing ways as following:

1)Paper core +rigid PVC film + Sponge + Brown paper + thin film

Paper core can fix PVC film in a stable place so that PVC film decreases extrusion deformation during transportation.

Rigid PVC film protects the appearance.

Sponge has the functions of shock proof, environmental protection and strong impact resistance.It can protect the product more effectively in transit, and it’s the ideal packing material.

Brown paper is strong water - resistant packing. For it’s excellent moisture-proof performance, PVC film can be avoided damp and mildew.

Thin film is use to prevent water and dust, achieving the effect of protecting goods.

Packing should pay attention to tight winding, especially for thin sheets and deep embossing, which may be too loose and easily deformed.

According to the above standard packing method, it can effectively protect the PVC film, prevent collision damage in transit. If the above packing methods are not satisfactory, it can be customized according to customer requirements packaging while the order quantity of single type monochrome is more than 3000 meters.

Each roll of PVC film comes with an A4 sample attached to it. A label is usually placed on the body of the roll, covering the product information, for example Color Code, Specification, Roll No., Length, G.W., Lot No. ... Client also can customize the label information, putting the content that needs to be displayed.Therefore, client can more intuitively see the corresponding PVC film information of each roll.

Matters needing attention:

1. As soon as the deposit is received, the production will be arranged in time. It is also means that without the deposit arrangement, the order production cannot be arranged in advance.

2. Should be pay more attention that our company can also do EXW (Ex Works), but due to the company's relevant money account security regulations, we do not accept private account remittance in RMB, but we can accept cash in RMB.

3. Generally, the specific operation is to give 50% deposit first, and the balance should be paid before shipment or delivery. But it is worth mentioning that for the regular customers, we can adjust the deposit to 20%-30% which is more accommodating for customers.

4. About the balance, If our agent (forwarder)is used in the transaction, the balance payment period can be extended until the goods arrive at the port of destination. However, if the customer’s forwarder is used, the balance should be paid before reloading.
