Technological process of production：

Three-layer PVC (top film + middle film + bottom film) is a harder film with a thickness of 0.20mm to 0.50mm.If the thickness is less than 0.20 mm, it consists of two soft layers (top sheet + bottom printed sheet). We have implemented a printing project in the press. Printing usually requires 2-5 printers for each color. When all these 2 or 3 layers are ready, they are sent to Lamnator. These layers are collected at high temperatures (180 ° C to 200 ° C) and then rolled out. Packing way:

We have two standard packing ways as following:

If the above packing methods are not satisfactory, it can be customized according to customer requirements packaging while the order quantity of single type monochrome is more than 3000 meters.

Each roll of PVC film comes with an A4 sample attached to it. A label is usually placed on the body of the roll, covering the product information, for example Color Code, Specification, Roll No., Length, G.W., Lot No. Client also can customize the label information, putting the content that needs to be displayed.Therefore, client can more intuitively see the corresponding PVC film information of each roll.

Depending on the total volume of the order, the customer can choose a smaller container load or a full container load. A full container load is usually available in two sizes: 20ft containers and 40ft containers. 20ft containers hold 10 pallets and several individual PVC sheets. A 40 'container holds 22 pallets and several individual PVC sheets. The use of pallets in packaging can be divided into different categories of PVC films. In addition, it is convenient to use forklifts and other tools to move goods, which reduces uptime. Each pallet holds 16 rolls of PVC film. If the customer wants to transport more PVC sheets, he can choose individual packaging without a pallet.
