Imitation Wood Pattern Door Plywood Decorative Film:

For PVC film, all patterns require large-scale printing machines to print out various wood textures. It is produced in 3 steps. The raw material comes from a calender. The color is printed first, and then laminated according to the thickness. Some thin materials need to be laminated in 2 layers, and some thick PVC films need to be laminated in 3 to 4 layers.

Generally, the size requirements of matte wood will vary greatly. According to different uses, the specifications are as follows:

For Vacuum pressing: The standard thickness is 0.30 mm/0.35 mm and the standard width is about 1400 mm.

For Lamination Decoration Board: The standard thickness is 0.12mm/0.14mm/0.18mm/0.30mm and the standard width is 1260mm

For profile Wrapping: The standard thickness is 0.12mm/0.14mm/0.16mm/0.18mm and the standard width is 1260mm/1400mm
