Matt Mono Colored Decorative PVC Foil:

Technological process of production:

All of our solid colors are made by two layers except the pearl solid colors. For example, If this color is normal white, then we produce in white top film+white base film. If this solid color with pearl effect, we will produce in matte transparent top film+middle pearl film+colorful base film. During laminating, great care should be taken with the laminating temperature. If the temperature is not high enough, the texture on the film surface will easily disappear after heating or evacuation. Another problem is delamination when the temperature is insufficient. Layering these two or two layers is easy, but it's a big problem for end users. For temperature control, QC staff and laminator staff check the temperature system every 30 minutes to ensure that the temperature is correct during the manufacturing process. Our quality control department also conducts professional testing on all finished products to eliminate delamination and relief issues. If the quality control department detects this problem, it will reject the item and will not deliver it to you.

How to use PVC decorative film:

PVC decorative film is widely used in home decoration because it is easy to adapt to general design styles. Dark blue and cream are the best-selling colors, especially in kitchen cabinets and living room cabinets. When vacuum foil pressing on cabinets and doors, a specially developed board is first polished, then vacuum pressure-sensitive adhesive is sprayed, and then it is placed in a vacuum. There is no glue on the back of our film, but a special chemical called primer is usually used to fix it on the board. After preparing the board, place the film on the board and send it to the machine. After about half a minute under high temperature and high pressure, the film becomes soft, and with the help of high pressure and glue, the film is firmly pressed on the board, covering the texture of the board and the edge of the board. After vacuum pressing, the film is firmly attached to the board and cannot be torn apart with bare hands. The board seems to have changed to another color, the solid color of the film. Flat pressing is easier than vacuum pressing. The film is glued to a large platen, and then slowly passes through the large cylinder of the lithographic printing machine.

Packing way of PVC decorative film:

Paper core +rigid PVC film + Sponge + Brown paper + thin film

Each roll of PVC film is attached with an A4 sample, usually with a label on the roll body, and product information, such as color code, specification, roll number, length, gross weight, and batch number.Customers can also customize the label information and place the content that needs to be displayed. Therefore, customers can more intuitively view the PVC film information corresponding to each roll.

What's more, it is convenient to use forklift and other tools to transport the goods, reducing the operation time.Each pallet can hold 16 rolls of PVC film.
